Raymond W Collins, Jr. – Broker/ Agent
Ray has been married to his wife, Jill for 31 wonderful years. He is an active member of First Baptist Church, Gulf Shores, and his business model is to help others first and foremost.This, combined with Ray’s expertise on insurance matters, enables Ray to personally help each client to best meet their insurance needs.
Jill is the wife of Ray, and agrees that the 31 years of marriage have been wonderful. Together, they have 7 successful children whom Jill homeschooled through most of their schooling years. Jill volunteers as a counselor at Manna Center, a ministry of First Baptist Church, Gulf Shores that helps families who are struggling. Helping others, while keeping their best interests as a priority, is a skill that Jill carries over to helping her insurance clients.

Michael Young, Jr. – Agent
Michael is a Gulf Shores native, and an avid sportsman. He enjoys being a referee at the local youth basketball games. Michael has a background in property and restaurant management. Michael’s outgoing personality and dedication makes him a natural in meeting and helping others with their insurance needs.
Grant is the youngest son of Ray and Jill. He enjoys meeting new people and building relationships. Grant is also an avid cyclist and his skills include the ability to make anything with two wheels and two pedals ride better. At age 17, he created his own business, Life Cycles, to do bicycle repairs for the local community. Grant applies this same work ethic in helping his insurance clients.

Cheri is the smiling face that makes everything run smoothly. From filing papers, to offering hospitality, she is the one who makes everyone else’s day go smoother. Cheri has been married to her husband, Ken, for 40 years, and has 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
